    • LM386 Low Voltage Audio Power Amplifier. The LM386 is a power amplifier designed for use in low voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 to keep external part count low. This amplifier IC can drive 8 ohms speaker nicely with maximum power from 250 mW to 1W depending on operating voltage and IC version. Typical operating voltage range is 6-12V.

    • ULN2803 - 8-bit 50V 500mA TTL compatible input NPN darlington driver. This driver is suitable for loads like lamps, relays printer hammers or other similar loads for a broad range of computer, industrial, and consumer applications. This device featurs open-collector outputs and free wheeling clamp diodes for transient suppression. The ULN2803 is designed to be compatible with standard TTL families.   
    • ULN2804 - 8-bit 50V 500mA CMOS/PMOS compatible input NPN darlington driver. This driver is suitable for loads like lamps, relays printer hammers or other similar loads for a broad range of computer, industrial, and consumer applications. This device featurs open-collector outputs and free wheeling clamp diodes for transient suppression. The ULN2804 is optimized for 6 to 15 volt high level CMOS or PMOS.
